Guaranteed base pay and UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL WITH NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS!
You’ll be responsible for:
· Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process.
· Providing detailed information about vehicles and financing.
· Negotiating and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Maintaining follow up communications to build long-term relationships.
Previous sales experience a plus and auto sales experience strongly preferred.
Full-time position: Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays are required. Closed Sundays. One weekday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) off per week. Monday - Friday 9am-7pm; Saturdays 9am-4pm.
Valid Driver’s License required. Significant earning potential: competitive salary plus performance-based commissions that reward your efforts.
