Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and professional client communication
- Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures swiftly while addressing special requests and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering personalized solutions to enhance their stay
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, emergency procedures, and local area information to assist guests effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve guest issues and ensure a seamless experience
- Support night audit processes when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience
- Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for guest relations
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS)
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times
- Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in night audit functions or hotel management is a plus
