Schedule: Looking 5 different shifts:
- Sunday - Thursday 8am-4pm (off Friday & Saturday)
- Sunday - Thursday 11:30am-7:30pm (off Friday & Saturday)
- Monday-Friday 10:30am-6:30pm (off Saturday & Sunday)
- Monday-Friday 11am-7pm (off Saturday & Sunday)
- Thursday-Monday 10am-6pm (off Tuesday & Wednesday)

We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Leasing & Resident Support Specialist to join our Ogden office. Position Summary:
The Leasing & Resident Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for many of our residents and prospective tenants. This role involves handling a variety of phone and email communications, including leasing inquiries, maintenance requests, lease renewals, and general resident questions. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for all Highland Partners properties across Utah and Illinois
- Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule property tours, and follow up with prospective tenants
- Reach out to residents regarding lease renewals and coordinate new lease signings
- Handle questions related to rent payments, lease terms, and policies
- Log maintenance requests and ensure they are properly assigned to the maintenance team
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within our property management system
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed
- Provide professional and courteous communication to both residents and vendors
- Assist in creating a positive experience for all residents and prospects by ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing a high call volume with professionalism and patience
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in basic computer programs and able to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
