Responsibilities
- Perform work safely while following company and client safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate tools and equipment safely.
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Follow project schedules and customer requirements.
- Report safety concerns immediately.
- Represent BMF Group professionally on every jobsite.
Qualifications
- Industrial construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional travel when required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass client-required background checks and drug screenings when required.
Preferred Certifications
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- TWIC Card
- Basic Plus
- NCCER
- CPR/First Aid
- Heavy equipment certifications
- Forklift certification
