RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primary care to geriatric panel -ages 65+ with extensive support team
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Average 13 patients/day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Must have a FL state license
- Current DEA with no restriction
- Experience with geriatrics and Medicare Advantage preferred
