Come Do Work That Actually Matters
When the final school bell rings, the day is just getting started for hundreds of kids in Lake Elsinore — and they are looking for someone who makes the afternoon the best part of their day. That someone could be you.
As a Lead Coach with Assist Programs, you are the heart of our after-school program: the person who greets students by name, leads the activities they can’t wait for, and helps them learn, play, and grow. This is hands-on, meaningful work with real kids and real impact — and it pays $25 an hour to do something you’ll be proud of.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- You make kids light up. You’ll run engaging, curriculum-based activities — across three different activity tracks — that keep students active, curious, and having fun.
- You grow as a leader. We’re known as “An Educator’s Best First Job” because this is where great careers begin. You’ll build classroom management, communication, and leadership skills that last a lifetime.
- You make a real difference for families. You’ll connect with parents every day and be a trusted, familiar face they count on.
- You keep a schedule that works. Afternoon hours, Monday through Friday, leave your mornings open — perfect for students, parents, aspiring teachers, and anyone who wants meaningful part-time work.
