We are seeking a EXPERIENCED Equipment Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in operating equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and various trucks. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our construction efforts and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators to facilitate construction activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment as needed for various construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance performed, and any incidents that occur on-site.
