Position Overview: The Sales Administration Associate will play a crucial role in entering, managing, and processing sales data within our BOSS system, ensuring the efficient and accurate creation of Construction Work Orders and Contracts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, capable of working alongside another Sales Administration Associate and supporting the Sales Team to maintain a smooth sales workflow and deliver timely, precise contracts and data reports.
Key Responsibilities:
BOSS System Duties:
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the BOSS system to create a variety of Construction Work Orders and Contracts with high accuracy and efficiency.
Serve as the primary entry person for all Construction Work Orders and Contracts, ensuring all relevant information is included before final submission.
Maintain and oversee the sales workflow to guarantee timely task completion.
Communicate with the other Sales Administration Associate to request assistance when necessary.
Act as the primary administrator for sending through installation construction work orders, ensuring all required images, notes, contracts, and contacts are attached.
Collaborate with the BOSS team to troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
Assist the other Sales Administration Associate with Purchase Orders (POs) for containers and walls for salesperson projects and communicate these orders to operations as required.
Assisting Account Managers / Salespersons:
Collaborate with account managers/sales to understand the scope of a project to be able to answer questions from operations accurately
Assist in routine maintenance of the BOSS system, including managing dead proposals and monthly checks of expiring contracts.
Generate detailed BOSS data reports using Excel, providing valuable insights for the sales team.
Utilize Photoshop and Canva to create imaging for projects, enhancing visual sales materials.
Aid in organizing and filing sales files and maintaining systematic records.
Prepare and communicate monthly reports on new sales installations to the sales team.
Assist in training future sales support staff
Provide general support to the sales team, ensuring ongoing and effective communication.

Qualifications:
Past proficiency/willingness to learn business/data management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven capacity for independent work and self-management
Proficiency or willingness to learn in Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite specifically in Excel.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment: The Sales Administration Associate will work closely with the other Sales Administration Associate and the broader Sales Team to support sales operations and contribute to the company's overall success. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of sales data. This is an onsite position based in the vibrant city of St. Louis, MO your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some after-hour events being required.
