Position Overview We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our Packaging Graphic Design Team. This role will focus on executing impactful merchandising solutions for our wholesale partners, retail accounts, and in-store activations. You will be responsible for creating and reading planograms (POGs), store displays, and brand presentations that reflect the Beauty Creations identity while driving visibility, sell-through, and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement visual merchandising displays for wholesale partners, retailers, and key accounts.
- Create & Read planograms (POGs) to ensure consistent product presentation across multiple retail formats.
- Develop point-of-sale (POS) and in-store displays, from concept to execution, that align with brand guidelines and seasonal launches.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver merchandising strategies that meet both brand and retailer requirements.
- Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and approvals to deliver high-quality displays on time and within budget.
- Conduct market and competitive research to stay updated on merchandising trends in cosmetics and beauty retail.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, packaging design, or related field (cosmetics or beauty industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of POG development, retail display creation, and merchandising best practices.
- Advanced Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and SketchUp for 3D visualizations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and POG documentation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
