- Responsibilities:
- - Greet and assist prospective tenants in touring available properties- Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities- Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately- Collect and process rental payments- Address tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with appropriate vendors- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance
- Experience:
- - Previous experience in property management or leasing preferred
- - Strong customer relationship management skills
- - Proficient in office administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping
- - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
