In this position, the Entry Level Sales Representatives will work face-to-face with customers to provide product and service information, recommend solutions tailored to their needs, and ensure a positive overall experience. Entry Level Sales Representatives will also play an important role in achieving both individual and company sales goals in a fast-paced, supportive work environment.
Responsibilities of a Entry Level Sales Representative:
- Engage with customers in person to present products and services tailored to their wants and needs
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and active listening
- Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions clearly and confidently
- Assist customers through the sales and account setup process from start to finish
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and records
- Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide additional support when needed
