Regency Excavation is a growing excavation contractor based in Ogden, Utah, specializing in subdivision development, underground utilities, commercial sitework, and general excavation throughout Northern Utah.
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews and help deliver high-quality projects. If you're a motivated leader who takes pride in safety, quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 employees on commercial and residential excavation projects.
- Plan and coordinate daily construction activities to keep projects on schedule.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and backhoes.
- Direct the installation of underground utilities, including sewer, storm drain, culinary water, secondary water, and dry utilities.
- Oversee trench backfilling, grading, and concrete preparation.
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes.
- Complete daily production reports and communicate project progress with management.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising and leading a construction crew.
- Experience with subdivision infrastructure and underground utility installation.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to read construction drawings and construction staking.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Work Location
Projects are located throughout Northern Utah, primarily between Logan and North Salt Lake.
