Aire Serv of Southern Maine is a HVAC company that performs installation, maintenance, and service of all types of heating and air conditioning systems and cover York & Cumberland Counties. We are looking for an experienced Master Licensed Oil & Gas HVAC Lead Installer to join our team who is motivated to excel.
We are driven to provide an exceptional customer experience on every call.
The Lead Installer & Install Helper positions are paid by the job or "Performance Pay". Each install pays out 7% of the quoted job. Installs with a lead installer & a helper the split is 4%-5% to the lead and 2%-3% to helper depending on experience. If the Lead Installer performs the job without a helper, that installer receives the 7%.
As an example, while every job is different our average job is $17,000 to $20,000 and our current installer has had jobs equating to an average of $42 to $75 per hour and a few over $100 per hour.
Essential Functions:
- Install or replace all types of heating and air conditioning systems
- Document details into provided iPad with accuracy and communicate progress with customers and office
- Leave job site neat & clean
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Resolves customer issues in a way that leaves a positive and lasting impact by taking initiative when possible to resolve issues or working with the team go above and beyond the customer’s expectations
- Take call on a rotating basis
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have Master Oil and Gas License and EPA Certification
- Minimum 2 Years experience
- Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record
- Able to pass Background Check/Drug Test/Pre-Employment Physical
- Flexible to work seasonal overtime as needed
