The purpose of a Greeter is to deliver an excellent customer experience while continually growing membership and wash sales.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet every customer with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Answer questions clearly and handle concerns appropriately
Sales & Membership Growth
- Present the Unlimited Wash Club to every customer
- Clearly communicate the value of each membership tier
- Upsell premium wash packages to non-members
- Promote loyalty programs.
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals
Operations & Execution
- Process transactions accurately using POS
- Keep the greeter lane clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Stage and maintain signage, rack cards, and promotional displays
- Support efficient traffic flow and minimize wait times
General Duties
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company standards
- Support overall site cleanliness and organization
- Identify and communicate operational issues to management
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

- Confident and comfortable asking for the sale
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
- Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather
- Must be 17+ with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $12–$13/hour (based on experience)
- Top Performers: Varies but $24/hour or more
- Earnings Growth: Driven by membership enrollments, customer reviews and upsell performance.
