Position is hourly.
As a Post Acute Care Unit Manager, you will ensure that the post-acute care unit runs smoothly in all facets. The post-acute care manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality transitional care for residents with the goal of promoting optimal outcomes. The post-acute care manager is responsible for daily operations of the post-acute care hall including staff oversight, admissions and discharges, communication with families and residents, scheduling, and clinical oversight. Rotational on call is a requirement of the position. Some weekend and nights may be required.
