American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) position working overnight shifts, with at least 2 years of ED experience and required TNCC certification.

Located in a Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) unit

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
13-week contract

Active VA or Compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Department nursing

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale

Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

AHA or ARC certifications accepted

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Professional reference required (quantity may vary by state of residence)

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
