This case is part time, (12 Hours) weekly.. (15$-16$/hr)
The client is a 5 year old child that is non verbal, slightly delayed.. She does have seizures occasionally.
We are looking for an experienced caregiver that has somewhat of nursery experience, and knows how to deal with seizures when it occurs..
The mom and dad is looking for someone that can work Wednesdays, and Friday’s or Sundays.. 4-6 hours each day..
This could be a daily paid or weekly paid case.
I am setting up phone interviews with the mom today @2pm, to ultimately set up in person interviews this week..
Requirements: MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 in the background screening system and eligible to work with Medicaid/Apd clients with disabilities..
Duties
- Provide home community care to individuals in need
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Utilize social work skills to engage and support clients
- Provide home care services including dementia care
- Assist individuals with lifting and mobility
- Deliver home health services as needed
Requirements
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience in caring for others
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility tasks
- Certification in caregiving or willingness to undergo training

Pay: $14.69 - $17.00 per hour
