Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Repair & Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day facility maintenance across our restaurant locations. This role is critical to ensuring our stores remain safe, operational, and compliant by addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance across assigned locations
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Maintain kitchen equipment (Broilers, Fryers, Icecream Machine, grills, refrigeration, smallwares, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when required
- Find, Troubleshoot a solution to a problem, understand , research and inform how to do it.
- Ensure repairs meet safety, health, and brand standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation
- Support store teams with basic equipment operation guidance
- Travel between locations as scheduled
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or building services
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or emergencies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in restaurant/kitchen environments
Preferred (Not Required)
- QSR or restaurant maintenance experience
- EPA, HVAC, or electrical certifications
- Experience using maintenance ticketing or work order systems
