Do you have a passion for creating compelling cinematic and images to assist brands and businesses in taking their marketing to the next level? This may be the position for you! Our Multimedia Specialists are responsible for creating content in all aspects of photo and video to help communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers for both our clientele and Chatter Creative. This is a role that involves interacting with clients as well as working closely with our team to make sure that the goals of the client are achieved and projects are running smoothly. This would be a part-time opportunity.
Job Description / Requirements:
- Serve as a team expert in topics spanning photography, cinematography and editing
- Become fully knowledgeable about CC and what we have to offer
- Ability to successfully work in a startup environment at a mostly independent position
- Work effectively with team members and other departments within CC to reach target numbers and maximum output/quality potential
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success
- Keep pace with photo, video, editing, and marketing industry trends and development
- Utilize creativity as well as knowledge of lighting, composition, camera/lens combination, and editing software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom
- Select the appropriate camera angles, picture composition, filtering, lighting, or other treatment necessary to produce the desired message or special effect on shoots
- Accurately present technical, scientific, and professional subjects and activities by photography and through effective collection preservation and presentation
- Advise on technical problems in photography, camera, lighting, image processing and production
- Recommend the purchase of production equipment and supplies
- Train others in and oversee job tasks pertinent to photography and photographic preservation
- Clean and make minor repairs to equipment
- Maintain records; prepare reports and correspondence related to the work
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in photo/video and editing
- Experience working with softwares within the Adobe Suite
- Experience with Google and Microsoft Applications
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and meet deadlines in an efficient manner while working a mostly independent position
Job Type: Part-time
