Now, we’re looking for a highly skilled, driven, and detail-oriented Pro Roofer to help us bring this vision to life—and to grow into a leadership role as we expand.
This is a part-time, ground-floor opportunity with a company in growth mode. You’ll start hands-on and leading a crew, with a genuine path to overseeing multiple teams and helping shape our roofing operation as it scales across the region. We provide the equipment, the support, and the runway—you bring the expertise, leadership, and ambition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Execute – Run residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
- Crew Leadership – Direct and mentor a crew on the job site, with the opportunity to oversee multiple teams as we grow.
- Hands-On Roof Coatings – Perform and supervise our coating projects end to end—surface prep, repairs, priming, and application. Roof coatings are our focus, and this is the heart of the work.
- Roof Assessment – Evaluate the condition of customers’ existing roofs across all major systems—shingle, tile, foam, flat, and more—to diagnose issues, recommend the right solution, and confirm a roof is a good candidate for coating.
- Quality Control – Hold the line on craftsmanship and safety, making sure every job is done right, to code, and with respect for the customer’s property.
- Customer Interaction – Answer questions, set clear expectations, and make sure every client feels confident from inspection to completion.
- Build the Playbook – Work alongside ownership to refine techniques, tighten workflows, and help establish the standards our roofing operation will run on.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of verifiable, W-2 roofing experience (required) – with a documented work history we can confirm and hands-on depth across multiple roofing systems.
- Deep, broad roofing knowledge – our work centers on roof coatings, but you bring real expertise across all major roof types (shingle, tile, foam, flat, and more) so you can step onto any roof, assess its condition, and know exactly what it needs.
- Leadership ability – you can manage, motivate, and grow a team, and you’re ready to take on more responsibility as we expand.
- Supervisory experience a plus – 2+ years leading crews is preferred but not required; we care most about your skill, character, and drive to grow.
- Strong team player – you show up for your crew, communicate clearly, and take ownership of the outcome.
- Hard-working & dependable – you’re on time, you set the pace, and you take pride in doing the job right.
- Detail-oriented & safety-minded – you sweat the details and never cut corners on quality or safety.
- Brings ideas to the table – you’re not just here to follow orders, but to help shape how we operate.
