Remote Telehealth | Flexible Part-Time | Outpatient Psychiatry
Sorena Health is building a high-quality outpatient psychiatry and therapy practice serving patients across Arizona, with a special focus on expanding access for children, adolescents, families, and underserved communities.
We are seeking an Arizona-licensed Psychiatrist, MD or DO to join our team in a flexible, remote-first role. A Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist is strongly preferred, but we are also open to general psychiatrists with meaningful experience or interest in treating pediatric, adolescent, and family populations.
This is a strong fit for a psychiatrist who wants flexible hours, low administrative burden, and the opportunity to help shape a growing behavioral health practice in Arizona.

What you’ll do
- Supervise our team of psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Advise senior leadership on clinical best practices
- Direct care team members to coordinate treatment
- Provide regulatory oversight of the program

Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
- Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain Arizona licensure quickly)
- Board eligible/board certified in Psychiatry
- Comfortable providing care via telehealth with strong “webside manner”
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Fellowship training or board certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Experience in outpatient settings
- Experience with Medicaid populations and/or underserved communities
- Spanish-speaking a bonus
- Interest in helping build clinical workflows and a high-quality culture (startup mindset)
Work Location: Remote-first (Arizona). Hybrid optional if desired.
Job Types: Contract (1099), Part-time (with option to grow hours if desired)
Schedule: Flexible; choose your own hours (minimum weekly commitment encouraged)
Compensation: Competitive; based on visit type, experience, and weekly commitment.

Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per hour
