About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Consultant with 5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience to support an organizational transformation initiative in the Bay Area, California.
This is a hybrid role requiring periodic onsite presence in the Bay Area. Candidates must be local to the Bay Area or Northern California.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Strong experience applying Prosci ADKAR methodology and OCM best practices

Proven ability to lead both strategic and tactical change management initiatives

Experience managing stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business teams, and cross-functional groups

Experience establishing and partnering with change agent / change champion networks

Ability to develop and execute change strategies, communications, readiness, and adoption plans

Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within complex organizations

Experience developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities

Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Solid project management and coordination experience

Experience conducting organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and adoption measurement activities
Preferred:

Prosci Certification strongly preferred

Public sector and/or large enterprise experience is highly desirable
