About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our remote team. This position is open to Pennsylvania residents who are passionate about helping clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.
As a member of our team, you'll work with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and provide guidance on insurance products that fit their individual needs. Company-provided leads and sales resources are available to support your success.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and other communication methods
- Follow up with interested prospects in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly
- Assist with new policy sales and customer retention efforts
- Identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
- Meet established sales and performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer records using company systems
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Must reside in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience
- Previous experience in an insurance agency is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and other technology tools
