Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy is hiring a Part-Time or Full Time BCBA in Alpharetta, GA.
This position offers flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Morning and afternoon shifts are available, and you can work your approved hours within that window. Set your own billable hours based on your availability. No credentailing wait time, you can start immediately.

Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism and with developmental disabilities.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. As a BCBA, you will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, ensuring patient care is compassionate and effective.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to facilitate consistency across environments and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Participate in intake processes and ongoing patient assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding of each individual’s needs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to guide treatment plans.
- Familiarity with special education practices, medical documentation, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Excellent patient care skills combined with the ability to conduct detailed patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Ability to work effectively within HIPAA guidelines to protect client confidentiality while managing sensitive medical records.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities using applied behavior analysis (ABA).
