Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines regularly.
- Engage in bilingual or multilingual outreach efforts to connect with diverse communities and expand market reach.
- Present technical sales pitches for energy solutions, solar products, or other specialized offerings tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale, address customer questions, and overcome objections confidently to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and participate in community events or trade shows to generate leads.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales within energy, solar, or technical sales sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus) to serve diverse client bases effectively.
- Experience in negotiation, customer service, and consultative selling techniques that drive results.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
- Leadership qualities that enable self-motivation, goal setting, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior exposure to energy or solar sales is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for renewable energy solutions is encouraged.
