Compensation: $92,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
Morning begins with a pre-bid strategy review—scoping drawings, calibrating estimates, and mapping risk. By mid-morning, you’re walking an active commercial site, aligning foremen and subcontractors on today’s plan, reinforcing safety, and validating quality. After lunch, you’re collaborating with the GC to clear roadblocks, drafting a precise RFI, and issuing a change order with clean documentation. You close the day by reconciling labor and materials against budget, updating the schedule, and ensuring every stakeholder knows what’s next.
