We are hiring a
Maintenance Assistant to maintain a safe, reliable, cleanly environment for our residents and staff. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, grounds work, painting, simple electrical and plumbing repairs and attention to other building concerns.
Status: Per Diem
Schedule: As needed, weekdays and weekends
Pay Range: $17.50hr.-$26.00/hr.
Responsibilities:

Complete work order requests

Perform safety checks on equipment and the facility

Assist in fire and disaster drills

Inspect fire extinguishers and document findings

Test emergency generator under load condition

General grounds keeping (litter pick-up, snow removal, etc.)

Repair telephones and nurse call systems

Repair walls, flooring and furniture

Painting and wall covering as needed

Move and relocate offices and resident rooms

May be required to drive company vehicle
