This is a full time remote closer position. You will play a critical role in helping as many people as possible access life-changing holistic healthcare. You will be conducting consultations with warm inbound leads, people who have already opted in from ads and/or free resources, and already know and trust our brand. Your primary focus is removing financial barriers that prevent prospective patients from receiving the care they need and enrolling them into the right natural healthcare care plan for their situation.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct phone and video consultations with warm inbound prospective patients and clients
-Raise awareness of a prospective patient’s health concerns to a point where they are ready and motivated to take action
-Guide prospects into enrolling in the appropriate natural healthcare care plan, products, tests and services
-Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet enrolled
-Serve as quality control for existing patients ensuring they are happy and getting results
Participate in ongoing sales training including one on one coaching, group meetings and online courses
Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time
Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm Eastern Time
100% remote
Compensation:
Base salary: $40,000-$46,000 per year
OTE: $130,000 to $205,000
Top performers earning upwards of $250,000
Commission structure with tiered bonuses for top collectors

Requirements:
High ticket sales experience required
$1million+ cash collected in a previous role strongly preferred
Background or genuine interest in health, wellness or holistic medicine
Proven ability to conduct consultations, build rapport quickly and guide prospects to confident decisions
Strong communication, empathy and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software and sales follow up systems
Goal oriented, self motivated and accountable to performance metrics
Positive upbeat energy and a genuine desire to help people improve their lives

Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience selling health, wellness, coaching or transformation programs
Experience as an enrollment advisor, health coach, remote closer or consultative sales rep
Comfortable working in a performance driven commission heavy environment
Someone who takes care of their own health and practices what they preach
A team player who sets a good example and takes responsibility for their results
Pay: $130,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
