In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating estimates, and ensuring exceptional communication throughout every stage of the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, service visits, and estimates efficiently using office scheduling tools
- Coordinate and communicate estimates to customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and close opportunities
- Maintain consistent customer communication via phone, email, and text throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with leads, current customers, and past clients
- Support the team with general office administrative tasks as needed
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with standard office software (email, scheduling tools, CRM platforms)
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Experience in the construction, roofing, solar, or home services industry is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
