Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol
As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in West Mifflin, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and transportation locations, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license, with responsibilities that support a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report conditions according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, public areas, entrances, loading areas, platforms, parking areas, and/or perimeter points as assigned.

Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unsecured access points to help deter loss, disruption, and other security-related concerns.

Support crowd and traffic flow at busy retail and transportation locations, provide directions and assistance, and document incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues for follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
