Role Summary
As a Site Lead, you will ensure our client's facility in Columbia City meets our high standards for cleanliness and security. You will perform final quality checks and support the cleaning team. This an on-site role is critical for delivering consistent, high-quality service and maintaining a safe environment after hours.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
What You'll Do
- Perform final quality inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue in all dispensers.
- Provide cleaning support by covering tasks for absent team members to prevent service gaps.
- Maintain the organization and readiness of janitorial closets, including changing vacuum bags and cleaning mop buckets.
- Refill chemical bottles and prepare cleaning carts for the next shift.
- Communicate supply, equipment, and maintenance needs promptly to the Area Manager.
- Independently manage all end-of-shift closing procedures for the entire facility.
- Ensure buildings are secure by turning off all lights and locking all doors.
Success Indicators
- Consistently pass internal and client quality audits with minimal corrections needed.
- Achieve 100% compliance with nightly security and lock-up protocols.
- Maintain fully stocked dispensers, preventing any instances of supply run-outs.
- Ensure janitorial closets remain organized and ready for the next shift's use.
- Effectively cover open cleaning tasks, preventing any lapse in service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Access to reliable personal transportation and proof of current auto insurance.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and facility security tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Clear verbal communication for reporting issues and needs to management.
- Familiarity with standard cleaning chemicals and powered equipment.
- Prior experience in a keyholder or lead worker position.
