Bring Your ISO Relationships to a Growing Direct Funder
Lionheart Funding Group is seeking an experienced Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) ISO Manager to develop and manage relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) throughout the United States.
We're looking for professionals who already understand the MCA industry and can immediately contribute by managing existing broker relationships, recruiting new producing ISOs, and growing funding volume.
Candidates who can bring existing producing ISO relationships or quickly develop new broker partnerships will be positioned for exceptional success.

What You'll Do
- Recruit and onboard new Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)
- Manage relationships with existing broker partners
- Grow monthly funding volume through your ISO portfolio
- Present Lionheart's funding programs and products
- Negotiate pricing, commissions, and deal structures
- Work with underwriting to move deals efficiently from submission to funding
- Maintain consistent communication with referral partners
- Generate renewals and repeat business from existing relationships
- Assist with portfolio management and early-stage collections

Required Experience
- At least 1 year of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry experience
- Experience as an MCA ISO Manager, MCA Broker or similar broker-facing role within the Merchant Cash Advance industry.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new partnerships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to bring active producing ISOs to Lionheart Funding
- Alternative finance or commercial lending experience
- Knowledge of underwriting and deal structuring
- Experience managing broker portfolios
