At Harborline Group, we help Chicago communities stay connected through AT&T Fiber’s high-performance technology. We’re currently hiring an AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative to support the continued expansion of AT&T Fiber services across residential and local business accounts.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to explain AT&T Fiber and wireless solutions, assist with enrollments, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative
- Assist customers by explaining AT&T Fiber and wireless service options and helping them select solutions that fit their needs
- Support service enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot basic service concerns and coordinate next steps to ensure timely resolution
- Build strong customer relationships by identifying household and small business needs and providing clear, reliable guidance
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions and updates in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging, service quality, and compliance standards
- Support outreach and promotional initiatives that help expand service visibility within the local market
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative
- High school diploma or GED required (additional coursework in communications, business, or technology is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance goals
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic comfort with digital tools and customer management systems
Pay: $50,128.75 - $60,370.11 per year
