Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to work with various tools and technologies. This role involves assembling components and products in accordance with specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
Duties
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and soldering techniques.
- Perform precise measurements using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in assembly.
- Use of hand tools, power tools and precisce measuring abilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues related to electrical wiring and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
Experience
- Proven experience in machining or similar assembly roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring practices and soldering techniques is highly desirable.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Requires Diploma or GED equivelent
