ABOUT HONEY'S HOUSE
Honey's House is a boutique residential memory care community: warm, family-feel, and unapologetically high touch. We are building a brand rooted in the belief that exceptional care and an exceptional workplace are not competing ideas. Growth is part of our plan, and we want leaders who want to grow with us. When people ask where you work and you say Honey's House, we want the response to be: "Oh wow, you got a job there?" That culture starts with the leaders we hire.
WHO YOU ARE
You care about what you do, and the people you do it for. You've spent enough time in this industry to know the difference between a facility that runs and a home that thrives, and that difference matters to you.
You walk in knowing every resident's name, not because it's expected, but because that's just how you operate. Compliance isn't a burden to you; it's part of taking the job seriously. When a family is scared or a caregiver is overwhelmed, you're the steady presence that makes everything feel manageable. You don't wait to be told what to do, and you don't hover over the people who work alongside you.
What excites you isn't just keeping things running. It's building something worth being proud of.
