Primary Responsibilities
In this Navigator role, you would:
- Be willing to work in physically active roles, both indoors and outdoors.
- Lift, load, and remove furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
- Assist customers with residential and commercial cleanouts.
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
- Work with a partner as part of a two-person crew.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Keep company vehicles clean and organized to support safe and efficient operations.
