We are looking for an energetic and friendly Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about oral health, enjoys building relationships with patients, and works well in a collaborative team environment. New grads welcome,
Business Hours
Mondays 8:45 AM-5 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:45 PM-6 PM, Fridays 8:45 AM-3 PM
Occasional Wednesdays as needed. No weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Conduct periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical records
- Take and interpret dental radiographs as required
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and periodontal health
- Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver outstanding patient care
Skills
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the applicable regulatory college
- Current CPR certification
- Local anesthesia
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with dental software and digital charting systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
