Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) Physician in Ocala, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a growing women's health program
- Perform prenatal care, gynecologic services, and deliveries
- Surgical procedures including C-sections and hysterectomies welcomed but not required
- Serve as the senior physician supporting two Women's Health Advanced Practice Providers
- Deliver exclusively at AdventHealth, the county's delivering hospital
- Opportunity to expand ultrasound services and grow the women's health program
COMPENSATION
- Starting Salary: $230,000+ Based on Experience
- $40 Productivity Bonus Per Visit After 3,800 Annual Visits
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- 4 Hours Protected Administrative Time Weekly
- Shared Hospital Call Rotation

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology REQUIRED
- Eligible for Florida Medical License REQUIRED
- Comfortable Providing Prenatal Care, Gynecology, and Deliveries
- C-Sections and Hysterectomies Welcome but Not Required
- Passion for Serving Underserved Patient Populations
- New Graduates and Experienced Physicians Encouraged to Apply
