We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at our med spa. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional advanced skincare treatments and services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience through your expertise in various aesthetic procedures. Laser experience is a plus!
Duties
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, as required. Social Medial is a MUST.
- Utilize advanced techniques and equipment to deliver high-quality skincare services.
- Manage client appointments and maintain an organized schedule EMR.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas to ensure a professional atmosphere.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to offer the best possible service to clients.
Skills
- Proficient in using managing appointments and client records.
- Experience with facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, as required. Social Medial is a MUST.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to upsell services and products confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments relevant to the med spa industry is essential.
