- Assist the sales team in the qualification of customer needs and conduct needs analysis prior to demo
- Product Demonstration
- Understand the prospect’s requirements and work with the sales team to write solutions
- Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations that help educate the customers
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects
- Helping the sales team in responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Supporting events – webinars/conferences/shows
- 10 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience
- Experience or exposure to DevOps
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree required. Post Graduate degree preferred
