As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday.
HHTS is a multi-disciplinary practice with a collaborative environment. We empower each other, our families, and every child through our work ethic and core values each and every day. Our RBTs work in small teams led by a BCBA who provides leadership and collaboration for excellent service to our patients.
We have clinic based positions and we are launching a home/community health based ABA program as well. Please indicate if you are seeking a clinic or community position, or open to both. Community positions are eligible for a +$3 an hour rate increase for services rendered in the community or home.
We are proud to be able to offer stable full-time employment. RBTs can rely on a stable 40-hour work week providing in-clinic services. Our leadership and management team honor your commitment to the clients, and work to protect your hours and schedule even in the event of call outs or client cancellations.
