Job Title: RN. Full-time employment includes a complete benefit package and $5000 sign on bonus for RN. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse. Currently licensed by the State of Texas. BLS & ACLS required. One year experience in IC & employee health preferred.
Summary: Responsible for the surveillance, analysis, interpretation & reporting of infections. Educates employees about infection prevention; and the development of health system policies & procedures to ensure rigorous IC standards are meet with the CMS, CDC, and other nationally organized agencies’ recommendations and requirements. Manages Employee Health requirements and implements policies & procedures on requirements. Assists in Outpatient Treatment Services as needed.
