What We're Looking For
We're searching for a true jack-of-all-trades with apartment maintenance experience and leadership potential. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently, assist in leading maintenance operations, and help maintain our community to the highest standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Unit turns and make-ready experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call required approximately 2 weeks per month
- On-call stipend provided
