Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and attentive Door/Floor Staff to join our dynamic team at our vibrant event venues. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guest safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a lively, secure environment. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, providing assistance and information as needed to enhance their experience
- Manage entry points by checking IDs, verifying age or identification when required
- Enforce venue safety protocols, including crowd control and conflict management to ensure a secure environment for all attendees
- Assist with setup and breakdown, including heavy lifting (minimum 50lbs), throwing out garbage at the end of the night
- Bus tables of empty glasses, and beer bottles, clean and reset tables as guest leave to get ready for the next guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at entrances, exits, and common areas to uphold venue standards
- Prior experience in security or night live venues is prefered, demonstrate ability in conflict management and guest relations with excellent communication skills
- Certified in TABC and Food Handlers
- Will be tipped out nightly
