Join Turnova Facility Services as we support operations at Brookhaven National Laboratory. We're looking for a dependable technician who enjoys working independently while servicing water cooler systems across a federal campus. Training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for the professional cleaning, sanitizing, and inspection of water cooler units at a federal facility. Work includes cleaning internal reservoirs, drip trays, dispenser nozzles, and external surfaces, inspecting units for damage or operational issues, replacing filters when needed, completing detailed service documentation for each unit, and obtaining daily sign-off from facility staff upon completion of work.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
Must be a U.S. Citizen federal facility access requirement
Must be able to obtain a Real ID required for federal site access
Available Monday through Friday
OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it (paid by Turnova)
Professional appearance and conduct at all times, you represent Turnova on a federal campus
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple buildings
Preferred:
Prior experience cleaning or sanitizing water coolers or similar equipment
Experience working in regulated environments such as laboratories, medical offices, or government facilities
Existing OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
