- Overview
- We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on various construction projects.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area.
- Frame work
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with others to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform hardscape installations, ensuring proper alignment and finishing techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist in renovating existing structures with concrete applications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Familiarity with various power tools used in concrete finishing.
- Experience with masonry techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of hardscape installation methods preferred.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
