Group Facilitator → Clinical Leadership Track
Highbeam Behavioral Health Services is a growing behavioral health organization currently providing ASAM 2.5 PHP and Mental Health PHP services, with plans to expand into ASAM 2.1 IOP services.
We are seeking a compassionate and leadership-minded Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW or LICSW-R) to facilitate groups, support clinical programming, and join our clinical leadership growth track with the opportunity to advance into a Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Operations role as the organization expands.
Candidates with substance abuse treatment experience and/or a CSAC credential are strongly preferred.
Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions
- Support clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in a timely manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical discussions
- Assist with strengthening clinical programming and operations
- Provide leadership support as the organization expands
- Support compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards
Qualifications
- Active Virginia LICSW or LICSW-R license required
- Substance abuse treatment experience strongly preferred
- CSAC credential preferred
- Experience working in PHP, IOP, outpatient, or co-occurring treatment settings preferred
- Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Leadership mindset with interest in clinical operations and program development
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation preferred
Pay: $25.72 - $30.65 per hour
