Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and changing linens.
- Implement and adhere to eco-friendly cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all surfaces, floors, carpets, and outdoor areas as needed.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Because we avoid harsh chemical shortcuts, our methods require a bit more physical effort and "elbow grease" to get homes sparkling clean.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; training will be provided for all necessary procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning delicate & specialty surfaces (marble, natural stone, polished wood, etc.), floor care techniques, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, manual handling and heavy lifting safely.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.

Compensation & Pay Structure
- $20 to $35+ per hour (Equivalent based on experience, efficiency, and job revenue).
- Revenue-Based Pay: We pay a percentage of the revenue for each completed job.
