Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Liquor Store Sales Associate based in Leander, TX. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting products, ensure shelves are stocked and organized, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Responsibilities include processing transactions, providing product recommendations, verifying customer identification for age compliance, and assisting with daily store operations. Outstanding customer service and an understanding of our products will be key in delivering a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to provide personalized assistance and address inquiries.
- Basic math and cash handling skills for processing sales transactions accurately.
- Organizational and stock management skills to maintain product displays and inventory levels.
- Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beers is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 21 years old to comply with age-related regulations.
- Availability to work weekends, evening shifts, and occasional holidays, as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
