Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with occasional overtime

As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills
to produce high-quality precision components. Your expertise will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly
and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills using M and G code (Fanuc controls experience preferred).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered schematics to ensure precise manufacturing.
- Make program adjustments and optimize setups for efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running at peak performance.
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) to verify part quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and high-quality output.
- Continuously seek process improvements to increase safety, efficiency and reduce waste.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in setup and programming.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machining, programming, and tooling, with the ability to troubleshoot
and optimize machining processes.
- Education: A 2-year technical degree in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience
preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing
environment.
